Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your check-in time. We apologize in advance for our side if last minute cancellations occur due to being on-call for in-person birth support. We will have one of our team members contact you as soon as possible and your doula will reach out to reschedule your time together as soon as they can. Thank you for your understanding.
